The things people actually ask.
Who are you, exactly?
A small operation, not a call centre. One person builds your site and reviews it before it goes live, and that's the same person who answers when you email [email protected]. You'll know their name before you pay anything.
I already have a website. Won't rebuilding it hurt my Google rankings?
It would if we did it carelessly, and plenty do. We map every existing page address to its new one before anything changes, keep your old site archived, and watch for broken links for a month after. If you rank for something today, you keep ranking for it.
I don't have time for this.
That's the point of doing it this way. You give us your web address, you look at what we send back, and you say yes or no. If it's a yes we need about fifteen minutes from you to confirm a few details. That's the whole thing.
What is this AI search thing and do I actually need it?
More people are asking ChatGPT and similar assistants for a recommendation instead of searching Google. Those answers mostly come from Bing Places, Apple Maps, Foursquare and Yelp — not from your Google listing. Most small businesses have never claimed those, so the assistants either skip them or get their details wrong. We fix that.
